Submissions due Thursday

The submission deadline for the "What's in Your Health Record??" Video Challenge is Thursday, August 23 at 5 p.m. EDT! 

Do you have all the required items ready to go? Go through the Submission Checklist again, and don't wait until the last minute to upload your video.
