Thank you so much everyone! It was hard to tell in 2 minutes, but basically, even though I've seen 3 different Physicians for 12 years, it took me requesting & reviewing my own records to bring it to their attention. Although it's too late for me, there's nothing more that I want than to educate families on being active in their medical care. I truly appreciate everyone who listened to my story.
